Complete Your Application

When you’re ready to move forward, the application is straightforward and tuition assistance is available at every grade level.

WWS accepts applications year-round. If there is space and it’s the right fit for everyone, we’ll move quickly. The whole process for mid-year applications typically takes 2–3 weeks.

Parent-Child

Ages 2 months–3 years

No application required. Simply check the current schedule and register to join. The first step into the WWS community, and the gentlest possible introduction to our program at the earliest ages.

Early Childhood

Preschool and Kindergarten

Where learning begins in the body, the senses, and the rhythm of the day. A gentle, unhurried foundation built on play, story, and wonder.

Elementary School

Grades 1–5

A deeply integrated curriculum where art, movement, and academics are never separate. Children learn through doing, and teachers follow each child across multiple years.

Middle School

Grades 6–8

Where curiosity becomes conviction. Students tackle complex ideas, lead project-based work, and develop the critical thinking and self-knowledge that high school and beyond demand.

Step 04

Return for a Parent Meeting & Student Visit

Early Childhood families begin with a parent-teacher conversation, getting to know your child through your eyes. Your child then joins their prospective class during outdoor play, with you present, so everyone can get a real feel for the fit.

Grades students visit for three full days, joining main lesson, subject classes, and meeting their classmates, while teachers assess where they are academically. The visit closes with a parent meeting to recap and answer every remaining question.

Your decision letter is just the beginning. Accepted families are warmly welcomed into the community and guided through every next step.
